Lumecca is the most powerful intense pulsed light (IPL) which is used to target pigmented brown and red spots and treat vascular skin lesions. The Lumecca program improves the appearance of age spots, sun damage, vascular lesions, rosacea, and freckles. An improved skin appearance can be seen after the first session and multiple sessions deliver even better results. A strong sapphire-cooling tip provides a safe and painless procedure for clients.

During and After Your Treatment

Our trained Lumecca IPL treatment expert will focus the device on your affected areas of the skin. The intense pulses of light will feel like the mild snapping of an elastic band on your skin. Minor warming and redness on the skin may occur after the treatment, which will quickly resolve. Over the next one to two days, you may notice the pigmentation becoming darker, and in the following week the unwanted lesions will begin to flake off.

A more radiant and even looking skin will reveal itself. Treatment of vascular lesions will also be performed in a similar way, and the unsightly veins will close and disappear on their own within a few days. The procedure involves no cuts, incisions, or needles, and you can return to your normal routine the same day or the next day after your treatment.
